Definition

TIDI Receipt Assignment is a low-code solution that creates a website that shows the receipt of a given transaction and lets the company assign it to the end-client, so the end-client can quickly understand and receive the receipt.

TIDI Receipt Assignment comes with all TIDI’s prebuilt interactions with the end-client, it is hosted on our servers and you can easily add it to your ERP software or web application, minimizing your development time. It is the most scalable solution for integrations with third-parties because there is barely any integration code involved from developers. Furthermore, maintenance is on our side; you only code it once.

Typical usages

In physical stores or online stores where the PSI’s software does not always know the end-client’s email, or if you want a ready-to-use solution.

If you have an e-commerce platform or a fully-online ERP platform where you always know the end-client’s email, or if you want a customized integration of the QR code, you may use the Commercial data services instead.

TIDI Receipt Assignment lifecycle

  • The company’s employee registers a commercial operation on your platform, which creates a TIDI Receipt Assignment object when calling our API.
  • The URL of this TIDI Receipt Assignment is returned to your platform in the response. You can use it to redirect the employee’s device to the TIDI-hosted webpage.
  • On this page, the end-client receives the receipt via QR code or email. Transaction is complete. When clicking on the buttons «Success» or «Cancel», the TIDI Receipt Assignment page redirects the employee’s device to the URL you have provided.

  1. Sale – Transaction where your client only sells some new product.
  2. Exchange – Transaction where your client gets some product sold and some product returned.
  3. Return – Transaction where your client only gets some product returned.
