TIDI characterizes employees by their ID, name and surname. The employee name and surname will appear on the end-client’s receipt, so that they understand who exactly did the transaction, and ID will ensure consistency across transactions.

How the employee data gets linked:

As an example, let’s say an employee is registered on your software as: «43875272» as ID, «Moritz Alexandre» as name, «García Ramírez» as surname. The first transaction from this person that you send to us will first register this employee on your client’s TIDI account if not registered yet, and then link the transaction to him. Now, any future operation done by him will be linked to him directly.

Your clients have full employee data coherence across systems if you provide the same ID, name and surname as on your software, as this is where your client has anyway registered the employees.
